About Kim
As a 19-year old bride, Kim’s sex education before marriage was short and simple… “Don’t.” Her sex education after marriage was equally short and simple… “Don’t deprive.” The void between “don’t” and “don’t deprive” put her in a lose-lose situation. As she puts it, “I felt guilty when we had sex and I felt guilty when we didn’t. I was suffocating in guilt.”
In her attempts to get help and answers, she came across a pocket-sized paperback on the Song of Solomon. Its limited and disjointed interpretation helped to some extent. But, it left most of her problems unresolved. Little did she realize it at the time, but that thin paperback would become the catalyst of her lifelong fascination with the Song of Solomon.
Over the next 38 years, Kim read and researched countless books, articles and theories on the Song. But, in all those years she never found an interpretation that was logical, chronological or that provided the answers she needed.
Kim’s passion is to revive the Song’s message and take it to women and marriages all over the globe.
Kim and her husband Doug live in Florida. They have two grown boys and a granddaughter.
